Gluten-Free Ale |
Devil's Due. This beer receives a healthy dose of bourbon-soaked oak chips and vanilla beans in fermentation. The resulting beer is a clear, golden, mildly-hopped ale. The aroma offers hints of oak and bourbon. Flavors of caramel and German noble hops give way to an aftertaste of creamy vanilla that builds throughout the experience. |

Vanilla Smoked Porter |
Vanilla Smoked Porter. It's a modified Robust Porter with a base of just over 40% cherry wood smoked malt for a bacon-y, campfire aroma and flavor. Pale malt, roasted barley, caramel malt, and chocolate malt round out the grain bill. The smoky malt is balanced with a variety of English and American hops (Galena, Northern Brewer, Fuggles, and EK Goldings). Finally, to add a dash of extra complexity, Tahitian vanilla extract and dark brown sugar were added just before bottling. |

Pale Ale |
Shark & Turtle Brewing's first foray into the homebrew circuit is Onizuka Pale Ale, a 6.4% pale ale using only Galaxy hops, in honor of the first Hawaiian in space Ellison Onizuka. A nice refreshing brew for year-round enjoyment this beer was made exclusively for this event! |

Ale |
INEBRIATED BREWING: Caramel Apple Ale - Malty and sweet ale brewed with local apple cider and fermented with fresh apples! We mashed with lots of brown sugar, threw in homemade caramel with a crap load of caramel malts and added cinnamon sticks to secondary |

American IPA |
Spunky Pit IPA: This American India Pale Ale straddles the line between pale ale and IPA. Light on the palate, this drinkable, refreshing beer is bursting with Centennial, Simcoe and Saaz hops added throughout the boil and for dry hopping. Like hops, but don't like heavy, sweet IPAs? This beer is for you. 6.2% ABV and 50 IBUs. |
